1. This is the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Privacy Statement”) of Royalline.ng and/or other web domains owned and operated by Royalline Technology Limited (“Site” or “Website”)It explains how we collect, use and (under certain conditions) disclose your personal information. This Privacy Policy also explains the steps we have taken to secure your personal information. Finally, this Privacy Policy explains your options regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. By visiting the Site directly or through another site, you accept the practices described in this Policy.

   When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we may collect personally identifiable information listed in the next paragraph. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
   Information You Give to Us: We Collect Personal Information that is provided by Site users. “Personal Information” includes (but not limited to), your title, name, gender, date of birth, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, IP address, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.    Special Offers: Our special offers are sent only to customers who grant Ibedmore.com permission to send them such information via email and/or SMS. To honor the privacy of our users, we offer the option not to receive these types of communications through “Unsubscribe Opt-Out” links.
   Testimonials: By posting your comment(s) or testimonial(s) (“Testimonial”) on our website, you give us permission to reprint or use the Testimonial in connection with our business. You also are agreeing to the following: (1) The reprint or use of the Testimonial will be at our discretion and without compensation; (2) We may use the Testimonial with or without any pseudo (pen) name credit; (3) Our right to use the Testimonial is perpetual and may be assigned by us; (4) We may use the Testimonial locally, nationally or globally and such use may be made in any media, information or communication platform (including Internet advertising) currently in use or later developed; and (5) You and not someone else composed and posted the Testimonial. Other than your pseudo (pen) name, which we may or may not use, your personal contact information will not be disclosed in connection with our reprint or use of your Testimonial.
   Catalog Email Newsletter Subscriptions: Upon placing an order through the Site, you will automatically begin receiving both the Ibedmore.com catalog and the Royalline.ng email newsletter, based on the Personal Information you have provided, unless you opt-out of receiving such communications.

3. Use of Information Collected By Us
   We use personal information to provide the services you request; to improve and customize your experience on the Site; to market you, to resolve disputes; to troubleshoot problems; to help secure our service; to collect fees owed; to measure consumer interest in our products and services, to inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; to invite you to online surveys; to detect and protect us against error, fraud and other crimes; and to enforce our terms and conditions.
4. Sharing of Information with Third Parties
   We will not rent, sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to unrelated third parties without your consent, except as stated in this Privacy Notice. To serve you well, we may share your information with: Service Providers such as shippers (UPS, FEDEX, EMS), marketing and consulting service firms.  Such Service Providers are prohibited from using your Personal Information for any purpose other than that for which such party was engaged by us and/or as stated in this Privacy Notice.
   Credit/Debit Card Companies: If you place an order through the Site, the Personal Information you provide is transmitted to your credit card company to verify and authorize your purchase. Please note that we do not store your Credit/Debit Card information in any mode. Storage and processing of such information rest in your card’s company or banks.
   Related Companies: We may share your postal and e-mail address, telephone number(s), customer preferences, and purchase history with other subsidiaries of our parent company, Royalline Technology Limited.
   Links to Third Party Site: Our site links to other websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. Royalline.ng is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked websites.

Law Enforcement and Protection of Users: To the extent permitted by law, we will disclose Personal Information to government authorities or third parties pursuant to a legal request, subpoena or other legal processes.

   To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Your personal information is protected both online and offline. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Access to all of our users’ information is restricted although no method of transmission over the Internet is deemed to be 100% secure.  To make sure you have the latest security features on your browser, we advise you to download the most recent version of your favorite browser, which should have full SSL support.

6. Corrections/Information Removal/Opt-Out
   If your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number or other Personal Information changes, you may update, correct or omit the relevant information using the account edit feature of this Site.
